Ideally we'd find a property between Minneapolis and Birchwood that we could use while visiting and STR otherwise. 

Assure them you have their deposits and copies of their move inspections (if that is true) and also let them know where to sent the rent as May 1 is only a few days away.

The logistics get much more complicated when you can't go visit the property on short notice. 

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

Being out of state how hard is it too fully furnish a STR without visiting? 

We have plans to visit Lisbon in easter break. keeping fingers crossed/.

They are professionals in town for work or parents visiting their kids/grandkids.

It's funny that you're in Harrisburg - I've got friends in Boiling Springs and have been playing with the idea of looking around them (gives me an excuse to go visit more). 

It has a huge draw for mountain bikers, families, and people just visiting the area.

I would be coming back to visit pretty often.
