Califonia has provided 100% unpaid rents to be paid to landlords up to $10,000 per unit lots of larger 100 plus unit properties are using this program to assist any of their Tenants they want to keep.

Thus, I need to know if this will have any impact on the assistance we might qualify for.

Once the property is rented and has "seasoned", a local, community bank may be willing to assist you and refinance it so you can pay the PML investor back.

The few others with problems have been able to get rental assistance.
