Hey guys.. really need some advice.Im in the process of giving a deposit for a pre-construction home.

I'm on a huge dilema; i bought a pre construction condo on Guadalajara (where i live) since our mortgage interest rate are above 10% i loved the idea to own a condo while paying cash but differed thru 18 months (2 million pesos; aprox 100 000 dollars) it was a great deal; it went up aprox 60% 18 months after getting my keys and got out nice 7 - 8% return by airbnb (after tax and after host fees; i don't do much).

Bought my first property a pre-construction condo 2 years ago in downtown area (completion date 2021 fall) for 364k comparable assignments for it are going for 500k right now.

This was a pre-mls listing.

Is there a pre rental inspection that I need to have done in order to be able to list it as an investment property?

Heck, even the Colorado ski areas that rely so heavily on tourists are cracking down now on Airbnb on Airbnb.But what I hear from talking to the planning departments in these cities is that even if the laws changed, existing STR licenses would be grandfathered in.

If I understand it correctly the bank will consider a pre-sold, still under construction, property "secured", thus willing to continue the loan for further projects?

We initially had the deal under contract at $300,000, with $100,000 in seller financing at 0% APR.
