Advice For Pre-construction Condo / Short Term Rental
Hey BP! Bought my first property a pre-construction condo 2 years ago in downtown area (completion date 2021 fall) for 364k comparable assignments for it are going for 500k right now. One of few places downtown that is zoned for short term rentals great area for it. Should I sell try and sell the contract for profit or keep it until completion and rent it out as planned?
