Nope, just the flipping and estimating costs books...That said, nobody can be a good wholesaler without understanding the basics of real estate (in general), and the principles behind flipping houses (as that's who your customer will typically be).While it doesn't go into wholesaling in detail, I highly recommend people check out the flipping and estimating books before they start wholesaling; in fact, I highly recommend flipping a house or two before wholesaling.
