Looks like septic tanks are needed here, so I will have the health dept soil test prior to closing, this will ensure that we can put a septic on the property.2.

Affordability is an issue and the only people that can afford property are part of the tech community. 

It was a 4-unit building and i'm allowed to put back a 4-unit building.I have started discussions with the Nova Scotia Housing Authority regarding getting grants for building affordable housing.   4 units is as low as they'll go but they'll fund up to 25k per unit.   

Just pick a good location that is as close to Atlanta as you can afford.
