Should I file a claim with the insurance company to address the repairs or should I file a claim for them to replace the siding?

I'm interested in buying credits on rentfax.com to run rent statistics reports & crime reports based on a given property address, number of bedrooms, and square feet.

The buyer on your other deal is probably thinking through these same steps so you need to get ahead of this and address collections right away.

It was purchased at County free and clear tax sale auction.It is a seperate parcel and deed from the house next door, but does not have its own street address number.The house next door belongs to the people who "lost" the garage/effeciency I now own.

I gave them 11 days to address these issues or by March 2nd, 2020(60 days before the end of the lease).

I imagine being built in 1898 you have a Cobblestone foundation which makes it even more expensive to address.
