We are south western Ontario if anybody wants to connect and chat.

Together, we make about $145k a year in Western Washington with our day jobs.

It's quite the fashion around here, you see it in a lot of upscale apartments and condos.

I've found spraying big old fashioned casings and crown to be worth it.

@Patrick D. ranking for something "meaningful" above the sites you mentioned isn't really difficult for professionals who know how to rank and have the resources to do so :)I don't want anyone to be discouraged like its not possible or realistic because it certainly is...there are a lot of dynamics involved BUT with good ol fashion hustle, creative thinking and possibly strategic partnering, anyone can rank.but i get where you're coming from and I hear that a lot lol

Are you looking in the western suburbs for these deals? 

About 3 years ago they were vilified and despised, ask anyone who owned Inland Western (now RPAI) how fun the transition from private REIT to exchange listed REIT was for them. 

It would also be nice to have this sync with some type of program on my PC; right now I use Excel and manually track rents and incomes for my properties; my father still uses the old-fashioned pen and paper.Any suggestions?
