@William Joseph absolutely agree but would you have not called the landlord regarding the repair since it’s stated in the contract?

@Shaquan Williams   In many cases, they are either looking to flip it or in some cases sell it to another person without doing anything. 

For a 1M home, the commission is 10's of thousand of dollars.Should I just go with a fee based broker who gives me 100 percent of the commission or is it worth it to hang my license with a more traditional broker like Keller Williams?

@William Shadbolt If it's in a major county within Iowa then some of the bigger wholesale, nationwide options would become available assuming high occupancy and very low POH ratio.
