Best bay area brokerage for first time buyer with license
What's the best bay area brokerage for a first time buyer with a license?
I got my license to represent myself in transactions. I have a full-time job that I'm quite happy with, and have no interest in representing others. For a 1M home, the commission is 10's of thousand of dollars.
Should I just go with a fee based broker who gives me 100 percent of the commission or is it worth it to hang my license with a more traditional broker like Keller Williams?
