I checked on LoopNet crexi showcase apartment buildings and Zillow and I have 2 challenges :either the investment is too expensive (above 800k) or it’s just not profitable enough (for example a NOI of 25k for a 600k multi family that does not attracts me) So my question is how do you guys find great multi family investment for exemple a NOI of 100k or more.
