It is market specific and works in hot markets but not so well in regular markets.What are you trying to accomplish?

kind of the future of golf  its were golf meets bowling with adult beverages.. and have fund in 1 to 2 hours not 5 like regular golf. 

Our offices are tied together and our teams in the field implement mobile technology to keep data updated in real time.

(and some coins too ;)  When the current lease ends in a few months, I'll update the kitchen & bath, refinance and then move on to the next one.I love analyzing deals and playing with numbers so I'm open & intrigued to learn about all the facets of REI. 

The seller is willing to owner finance on conditions a regular lender would not touch.

Our plan is to finish a few more updates for this current house and start our REI journey first quarter of 2019. 

As a Realtor in Georgia I use GAR (Georgia Association of Realtors) forms that have been vetted and are updated by attorneys every year and sometimes even in the middle of the year we receive updates as well.
