Hello all, wanted to throw this link out there as a way to see a lot of the major development projects that are ongoing in the city all in one place and is updated regularly.

Lower price point projects like you describe are generally the best candidates.

Also, to address other replies this is how we rank the software for us as a Property manager.

My property management company was "negligent" in keeping moss and algae from growing on the wood steps, rendering them slippery after a rain.  

How did you go about interviewing, hiring, training and managing them? 

I might recommend one GC for a larger project and a different one for a smaller project.
