I think agents are trying to get creative to not deal with the new changes....but fact is, Wholesaling is just another slice in the pie.

So it will just be a minor adjustment to consumers in the states that didnt require this already.

That just means for you I would need to make my initial offer below that.

Just get a license, which is ridiculously easy to obtain nowadays.

I am just surprised they require more documentation on a DSCR than a standard conventional loan.

We’d love to just keep this home as our first rental property but feel stuck with the high monthly payment due to the 15yr mortgage and the home needing some renovations in the next few years.
