I'm not a huge fan of pastel color interiors; a fresh paint job and some hardwood floors (or vinyl wood flooring) may change your perspective on the entire place (crazy what a few changes like that can really do for the look and feel of a property); again, seems like it is in great condition.

I agree with one of the comments about lowering internal house temperature via appliances, lights, and shades.

It was a huge success for a 2 man crew just me and my Dad, we completely remodeled both the interior and exterior. took 10 months from purchase to sell cause we kept running out of money, lol We are currently working on 2 single family flips at same time while looking to fill up our 3 parks fast, and going from 12 tenants at 1st 2 parks then gaining 21+ at our 3rd park we bought yesterday 10/7. we now own 81 pads, wow..wow is actually an understatement cause our family grew up poor..like..$1/day for high school lunch poor, lolIf you want to read my new blog page it's right here on biggerpockets, hey go subscribe cause im going to update it all the time!

I was cash flowing about $700/month and that includes my HELOC interest on the purchase price.Tenant moved out and we're investing around $6K (mostly materials, we're DIY) on new flooring for the living room, total repaint of the interior, and new kitchen cabinets.
