@Ibn Abney if you read the article carefully, you will notice that there are going to be nuances to this law.

At this point I started researching loans and quickly figured out that to get an individual loan on each property was going to be a bear because of the Fannie and Freddie limit when approaching 6 loans.

for example, give written notice, taking to court and do the eviction. 

Depending on the size and stabilization levels of the property, you may have options for Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac loans.
