Check the county records to find the owner (and usually his/her mailing address) and then type into truepeoplesearch and you should be able to obtain cell/landline #s. 

As a schedule E filer, my experience has been that banks are checking my net income per property plus W2 income against my debt as a whole while overlooking revenue altogether.

But said mortals won't care how many people they inconvenience, as long as they can get A deal out of it all.Obviously you can clearly see this is a ridiculous system and mortals call this "Direct Mail Marketing".

Ask for a copy of the seller's Schedule E to check how much rents were received the past two years and what was spent in repairs.

Write blogs, hold open houses, post your blogs on social media, provide value to people instead of being a greedy hog like every other salesman, cold call, farm, direct mail, door knock.

I'm currently in the administration career field (3F5X1) which means I'm either a secretary or a mail man.

Personally this exact sort of issue is why I will not accept rent by mail.
