Just found out about an app called Fundrise it seems like a good app but I’m not sure does any one have some helpful insight into it or is there a better approach?

I'm a Project Manager for a house flipping company and I'm looking for a new Project Management app to use.

Where did you find the seller (and end up with their cell phone number specifically?) 

Are you using professional photos for the listing or pictures taken with a cell phone?

I started an app on better.com and been playing around with the cash out refi number to see how the fees changes depending on how much cash i take out, they are still charging quite a bit on points no matter what, it does come down a bit if you cash out less. 

I remember an app being talked about on one of the podcasts.

And processing applications and handing out all kinds of money.State could not keep up with all the apps.

Is there a dating app for this type of connection?

I need to expand my network and am unsure of how to find those people using this app.
