I am brand new to this and want to make a lot of assets hence i don't want to work anymore, except to work to not work anymore.About me: I am 20, worked 2 different jobs since the age of 16, then decided to join the military (Army).

I currently have one property in Statesboro my college-aged daughter has been living in that I will soon convert into a rental.

In this beautiful age of technology so much is lost with the art of person to person contact.

At age 15 he was able to do an owner contract on a 2 bed bungalow with an unfinished daylight basement.

I feel very blessed that I have been introduced into real estate at such an early age.

And I do like her quite a bit, she's about my Mom's age so it feels just a little like I'd be evicting my mom.

Ultimately, we'd like to retire at a reasonable age, travel, have a legacy that teaches our kids about hard work AND money as well as continue to invest indefinitely. 

(I know to steer clear of "gurus" but he did capture my attention at a young age).Fast forward and I am now 38 and looking to finally dive in.I have $20k put aside to "test" my ability with and I have a relative partner who can probably match that if needed.

I want to invest in Real estate and begin to make passive income at a young age.
