Would have to agree with both @Jeffrey Miller and @Mark MoyerOur company looked at a Vacant 2 Value home on one of the most promising streets in Marble Hill - Druid Hill Ave, which was once a thriving Afro-American neighborhood with leaders from the Civil Rights movement in Baltimore living right on this street.

We currently use American Heritage Financial Credit Union but they cap out at a total of $50,000 for HELOCs on investment properties. ( I do recommend them if anyone needs a HELOC under 50k).

Look at avg home prices or the SP500 priced in gold.Look at this chart:from here: https://www.longtermtrends.net...That is basically an up to date chart of how much gold it takes to buy the average American home.I like to use gold, because it has held it's value better than anything else I can think of over thousands of years.
