I actually wanted to be an airline pilot and was taking lessons at 17 to 18 but in the day it was too long of a wait to get hired.. my first year in the business in 1975/76  I made almost 50k as an 18 to 19 year old.. that was darn near an executive salary and never looked back.I focused on buying my primary residences before rentals never really liked rentals.. 

Make sure the agreement is written up by an attorney for added piece of mind for both parties and execute it via notary.2 weeks is doable but crazy close. 

Not only the paycheck but also learning how to shore up our systems and process so we could better execute in the future.

The takeaways from doing this job have helped me in executing projects that have gone way more smoothly.
