They are good sales people and I would argue they would be better off in real estate or some other profession that can pay even more.

I would argue that working with a remote CPA who has experience in real estate will likely be a better fit for you than a local CPA who is a Jack of all Trades.

I would argue that picking a good submarket is also more important than being in the perfect city.
