@Mayur Dewaikar I don't have any good data on rental inventory but it's always slow in the winter.

The Fall and Winter months typically see less activity than the Spring and Summer.

Since you’re not looking for a profit it might work but probably won’t rent in winter.

I agree @Marc Winter you can request a raise each year.  

Sounds like fun @Ernesto D'Angelo, but like @Mike Lambert said, it isn't a big homogeneous area.

While rates overall have been up from what we see there has been a need to lower rates in the past 2 months and based on historic data we anticipate the same for the winter season as well to attract the top residents to properties. 

The guest said she was house hacking but only stayed there in the property 6 months out of the year and short term least it out the winter months to travel and stay where it is warmer weather.

I'm not concerned, but it's always a good idea to have cash reserves.Our Lake House was perfect as an escape and still have fun stuff to do while staying away from people.

Baltimore being one of them , and there are investors making good money in Baltimore , and some not .This weekend we went out with friends , dinner and some fun .
