Beginner in Real Estate Investing

Hello, 

My name is Armon Provo, I am in the St. Louis, MO area. I'm new to BP and very new overall to real estate investing. I'm looking at getting my first rental property in the next year after moving out of my current residence and using it as a rental property. Very excited to learn from the members here and would love to connect with others to hear successes and learnings about real estate investing/rental properties.
