About school, I've come to a conclusion that UH Manoa's architecture graduate program (yes I'm calling them out) is kind of inefficient in helping out students with their needs.

The market is always evolving and Mark is on the Front Lines along with his students.I felt an instant connection to Mark, he truly is concerned about his student's success, not just selling training material.I found Mark's community to be incredible. 

I urge everyone to review and get involved quickly as the timeline is very short to provide feedback.I have attached the supporting documents for everyone's review.

That includes many of the deals created by students of syndication classes (who typically would entice investors with juiced projected returns from creating multiple equity classes...which also generally increases risk).
