Development is booming and the landscape studded with impactful projects: Apple is building a $1 billion North Austin campus; a multideveloper transit-oriented development is underway near downtown on Lady Bird Lake; the new Dell Medical School recently opened at the University of Texas; and a major airport expansion is underway.

The fact that they have several of your properties listed for sale with them and you have several others where evictions are underway, they should respond.

So I think it's an idea worth considering, to contact them about what lease they recommend (or at least have them look over your proposed lease) before you have an eviction underway.

I was willing to lower my GC fee to start a relationship with this group and we have a few others underway- I have a history of production building / running labor crews so from what I see I build about 20-30% less than all other high end GCs in a hot market (Austin TX) which really helps.
