I am sure it has transformed a lot.Anyway, my advise is that you should revisit/rethink your decision to purchase homes at such a high price for rentals.

Upon further investigation it appears the carport was transformed into a master bedroom with a master bath.

I like helping people attain financial security through long term investments, and I love seeing my community made better as old houses in disrepair are transformed into beautiful homes.Regardless of the route you take, I think access to the MLS is a HUGE asset when you're trying to learn about real estate.  

I see that area and the area along Apache east of McKlintock completely transforming in the next 5-10 years.Depending on the condition and amenities North Tempe sees $400-$700 per bedroom on resale homes.

But Vista and San Marcos have parts that have recently been transformed.

You never know if they are blowing smoke or not; However, I do know that since the GFC, America transformed into a highly litigious and highly regulated country.
