The Centre will draw tourist; the new golf course will draw golfers, but the demographics will not change. 

Both growing cities and popular among tourists.

These are mostly younger tourists who get the idea to go out of town for the the weekend but wait until the same week they plan to go.

Any suggestions on surrounding areas that are attractive to tourists and affordable?

I live in the bay area where properties are extremely expensive, especially places that would be desirable as tourist destinations.Do I just get a condo in Florida for a couple hundred k and call it good?

However, Lambeau does attract tourists year around, holds a lot of tradeshows, weddings, events.

.#2 Jacksonville, Florida Contrasted with a considerable lot of Florida's other huge urban areas, Jacksonville is a lot calmer and does not have the gigantic herds of tourist guests.

Want to expand on this but am playing tourist on the North Shore.  

What were the numbers on the deal and is it in a tourist visited area?

Not to say that's a great achievement--it is Ohio, after all (lol Columbus)--but we hold our own when our institutions and general feel are compared with more well-known tourist destinations.
