Most wholesalers plant seeds of deceit in a seller's mind, doing that in a foreclosure can bite you very hard, my advice, don't mess with foreclosures, auctions, short sales or listed properties.

Plant City is just East of Tampa.  

I would stay away from inner city areas but there is some industry building up (I think a glass plant just opened up that's hiring a ton of people).

Usually, if there was enough water to cause a failure in the drywall, there would be a noticeable stain area.That said, the ceiling looks a bit rough and doesn't appear to be an intentional/decorative texturing.  

Here we can get a few half barrels of concrete mix at the redi mix plant off someones else batch,,,or mix own if a dab from 5000# premix from Menards. 

I live in Plant City and focus east of I75 into Polk county.  

Real Estate is all about planting seeds for the future, be dependable and be knowledgeable. 

Pick the best one after you look at the physical plant and sign off on the other parts of the deal.Good luck and let us know how it goes.
