It was meant to be a temporary use but turn into a very profitable business.

For the most part, you are covering temporary needs (income replacement, mortgage, child care, kids college).

I've traveled around since but the address never changed on my license, I've just had a lot of other temporary addresses and assigned that one as my primary.

Not all lenders track guideline changes.Most lenders base their knowledge around water cooler chit-chat, which is disappointing but true.Classic Example: The Americans with Disabilities Act, and presumably the corresponding mortgage guideline changes, was like 25 freaking years ago, but I still had an older coworker shocked and assume fraud when I did a loan for a guy on temporary disability.

I might look into hiring temporary labor from a company if the work is unskilled type carrying rocks.
