Well day 1 the speaker gave out about 3 pieces of actual information that was useful and the rest was pointing out how we knew nothing and should listen, it was an 8 hour day. 

@Jim JackI think you misanderstand, I have the seller call the mortgage co and I am next to the seller on speaker phone for a payoff amount with the mortg co.

The speaker is a bit hard to follow on first listen, so give a few tries.

There's a new owner so I don't know how he is but I would go to network there and learn from what the speaker has to say. 

For speakers, we've so far had a broker, lender, property manager, and will next have someone from the local housing authority talk about Section 8. 

They tend to have very good speakers and many people there willing to help and possibly build a team together.
