Wrote letter to random individual How did you finance this deal?

They always get contacted by investors looking for deals and a realtor can help the entire process be more trustworthy and smoother than some random person on FB.I myself am a realtor here in Houston with a buyers list I have developed over my last five years of being in the investment real estate space.

I simply shook my head.Unfortunately social media has made it easy for these bad actors to get in front of their target clientele and it's normally the  clients who have no liquidity, poor credit and very low chances for success to begin with in this business and put these courses/mentorship on their credit cards who fall even further behind. 

You need to market yourself on social media, you need to direct-mail (and have an effective strategy because everyone is direct mailing), driving for dollars, hunting on MLS, cold calling (skiptrace), going to the REI meetups and connecting, meeting with realtors, talking with wholesalers (and letting them know you're not a tire kicker), etc. 

If you buy a random property, you are just hoping the tenant segment the property attracts is reliable.

The issue is I've lived in cities my whole life and feed off social life, something I'm already concerned with having when I'm working remotely.I'm currently eyeing cities like Chicago and NYC, the latter of which I have not lived in and have been doing some digging on.

-Build rapport by quickly finding relatable topics, such as family or sports, and conduct prior research on the investors, including their social media presence.

She is calling my job, bashing me all over social media, etc.

In that scenario, the notice given to you during the middle of May served to terminate the tenancy at the end of June (not some random day in the middle of June).

People use STRs for small vacations/ parties/ random travel just as much as massively planned vacations.
