Contractor replaced the bad subfloor and sistered the rotted beams in the wall.Many light fixtures were missing and we installed new ones ourselves.The water heater shorted out and blackened the inside foam pad.

In one room the builder used 14' framing members (partially sistered) to span a 16' load.

I always loved my sister growing up, and saying that I can say the largest mistake I ever made in my life was purchasing my house with my sister when I was young.

For example, a brother sold his house to a sister, put down 80K as the transaction price, and

He told me how they stole from him, they acted like a bunch of children, everybody was doing something to everybody else ... absolutely not worth the brain damage.I mentored my sister from knowing nothing about re to being a successful broker working for herself, done well over 50 deals at this point, successful by any standard. 

Would you want someone to promise your mother, dad, sister...that they would "buy" their house all the while knowing they had no intention of honoring the contract?

Hello Everyone,I met a brother and sister who will inherit some prime properties in DC and a piece of land.

I have a sister in Redding that is a broker, and my daughter that also is a broker.

Well heres is when things get tricky, she already has a realtor working to sell the property (first problem), and her sister is on the title which would make it very difficult to assign her the home (second problem).
