I almost gave up on real estate investing before I even started.When I first considered investing in real estate, I was drowning in paralysis of analysis.

Even with assignment deals from wholesalers, if there are things that were not disclosed I have been able to get clients out of them.

Even if you plan of holding the property - your tenants will appreciate especially if you get into a landlord/tenant dispute. 

Good evening BP world,I am looking to make some contacts, specifically RE agents and hands-on investors in the phoenix area, in order to start acquiring some value add SFH investment properties.

It appears that some of the images they do not even have a copyright to themselves and do not have an actual agreement with the person that’s actually supposed to be their client. 

We love the chalets and the town of Breckenridge but just wondering if the Chalets would still be a good investment even though they're priced so high ? 

Even if I do not recover the money, I do want to have them reported to the credit bureaus etc. so that they do not do this to another unsuspecting landlord in the future.

@Brittney Yang surprisingly I have found that I can have glue down LVP installed by a local flooring company, we use Artisent Floors, https://artisentfloors.com/, for our local renovations and they are awesome and they can do it for less than what I can buy the product for at Lowes or HD even with my 10% military discount! 

@Christina VenegasIf you know the renter is problematic, why would you even consider making them a tenant?
