I'm looking to reduce the sound between two levels of a townhome, as I rent them separately, but they were built with standard drywall on the ceiling.

I want to start a separate bucket for house funds, but am not sure what to do/where to put this where I can get the most out of it in a few years.

From what I remember, they didn’t just rubber stamp these types of applications, they got put in a separate pile.  

I’m  getting tired of seeing small mom and pop operators believing they can operate through title only and achieve the same separation and  liability protections.

Consider separate entrances, utilities split, and winter leasing strategies.

I also have a separate septic tank rider that specifically calls out nothing except toilet paper and enzymes can go into the tank.

Hi Adrian,I split my proceeds up evenly and invested in two separate apartment complexes offered by Capital Square. 

This was after the foundation was given the OK by 2 separate inspectors and occurred due to lack of support under the house, soft soil in Florida, and lack of gutters to disperse rain water from the foundation.

I'm having to make some assumptions because there is missing info in your post, but it sounds like the flex space doesn't have a separate door to the exterior.

The duplex had carports and separate fenced backyard areas.
