Am I correct to believe that before a gut, a meth house should be remediated by a professional company?

The bank can try other remedies like foreclosure against the bona fied purchaser.

The appraiser flagged it and required remedy to proceed with the loan.

Nothing was mentioned about the mold remediation. :^(  This is a serious problem, and there is a specific way these remediation guys work to clean away mold that's there and treat the area so it doesn't reoccur.
