Getting a real estate license is going to take you a lot of time and headache and teach you to how to pass a state standardized test and avoid going to jail for legal violations, thats about it.  

That doesn't mean that parts of it won't pass, but the odds that this thing is going to pass as it is written right now are pretty infinitesimal.My best advice is to calm down.

For example, College Station is about to pass a law (or may have just passed) that no more than 3 unrelated people can live in the same house.
