Ok, I tried to give you a really thorough answer that would have explained all of the St Germaine stuff and how it relates to due on sale clauses, but the  boss said it was self promotion and removed it.

Now, he is promoting dishonesty and has now shown to the entire BP community his true self.

There are many dishonest operators promoting that garbage on BP. 

They are promoting her house all over CL and BP and they don't even have a contract!

If the flip is in Tampa I would love to take some photos and promote it for free on my Facebook.
