My latest absentee postcard mailing (3,000ish) went out about 3 weeks ago and I actually wonder if the order was fulfilled because my phone has basically been silent.

I am planning to send several letters/postcards to each over the course of the six months.Assuming money/time is not an issue, what is the optimal number of times to contact a lead over the course of six months?

I would recommend that you have the ability to send at least 500 bare minimum post cards or letters per month.

We do postcards so the cost is less and they don't have to get opened.

Whether its bandit signs, yellow letters, postcards, etc just be consistant.

@Oliver Ngugi Try bandit signs, post cards and yellow letters to a list (such as absentee owner, divroce, inheritance, etc), networking (with wholesalers, agents, probate attorney's, etc) Craigslist can work but there is a lot of junk on their, FSBO sites, etc....You can find some pretty creative ways.
