I installed river rock all around the house, put up gutters (the original ones had been damaged and useless), had neat drainage avenue's for all of the gutters (with the white PVC20/40, not the black stuff), and most importantly removed the concrete slab in the back patio and installed a patio sloping away from the house.

Our local economy, by my estimate, is about 20% shipping/imports, 30% fuel production, and 60% petro-chemical (plastics, clothes, 95,000 different chemicals extracted from oil, etc).

My gut says no, but I wonder if its just a few plastic bins with baby stuff, maybe charge them a few bucks to store them against the wall near the opening door. 

For example I just bought a bunch of patio homes for about $250k that rent for $2200.   

The roofs are good for about 12 years, faucet are made of cheap plastic and tend to leak after a few years.

@Gail WhiteSo getting back to where we're at, late 80's built house, so no asbestos, popcorn ceiling, I would scrape it and expect to find a lousy or nonexistent finish job underneath it.Lay down a 3-mil-or-so plastic sheet in the room if you have reusable canvas down.
