Most real estate agencies have a in house photographer but if you ever joined one that didn't ... then you could essentially create secure revenue.Assuming you didn’t want to be an agent.. just an investor then it will save you money by not having to hire anyone to take photos especially for flips.

Video tours, photos, Google map images don't show a lot of things.  

I did fly out there later and walked the properties and drove around the neighborhoods - they look very different in person than in photos and video.

Your listing should reflect what you actually offer both in photos and descriptions and you should communicate authentically and as frequently as is right for the guest.

You can even create your own checklist to the cleaner complete and ask for photos of the cleaning.

But I have someone else already cutting that grass--with photos for proof of before and after every time he cuts. 

It's something Jerry Norton released recently to the public to pull data.Did some quick data comparisons for fun between 2 other platforms I currently use - PropStream and MLS (I'm licensed in Florida)I specifically searched for a handful of On-Market properties (active/closed transactions) and noticed the following:- You can't search for specific properties on PropWire- PropWire data isn't up to date (30+ day discrepancy) compared to PropStream; neither is up to date compared to MLS (3rd party data providers hardly ever are)- PropWire estimated value vastly different from PropStream value (50k+ difference in most instances)- No property photos (yet)Initial thoughts: It's a brand new tool and can't imagine it was gonna be great out of the gate.

Not an auspicious start for a company that is still in its infancy.I was moving from out of state and had to rely on photos for renting.

Just flip through the photos of each, get an idea of what the renovated comps are selling for, and that's where you will end up once renovated.
