Not the cash flow play a lot of people expect. 

Hi Eric....STR can be tough in DFW area, but some people still doing well, while many are bailing, seeing if they can turn them to MTR or even LTR. 

This is where people fly in, this is where jobs and internships are, and it's central to the entire Triangle.

I love finding deals and helping people pursue their goals. 

They are certainly around and people do not necessarily talk about them as often.  

Nowadays, people can make paycheck stubs/W2's that look convincing so just make sure you invest in software that gathers verified information on applicants.  

There are people here with WAY more experience than me.

Chances are they are paying others who are not as accommodating as you (amazing how people will make those car payments while jeopardizing their homes) - and it's time for them to move on to housing they can afford and to a tenant that does not require you to subsidize them.  

These people are not necessarily in the business of lending money and loans from them can be negotiated in any number of ways.
