BP does do paid leads too, not sure if any slots are available there. 

Amarillo has won several awards in different publications over the last 6 months or so, including the #1 slot in “best place to buy rentals” from motleyfool.

Some investors will refinance their conventional investments to non-QM to free up slots or simply purchase them with non-QM to begin with.  

I’m new to real estate but I have slot of knowledge from studying & listening to BP for the last 2 years , my partner has alittle hands on experience, he has one rental.

The ADU has its own Lanai, W/D in unit, storage, private entry and potentially garage slot (see TBD).To Do/Estimates:- Roof: ~$17,000.

@Dave Skow - Closing attorney presented Friday Aug 3 as an option (they have a time slot then), in response to extension needed for the original lender.

Just remember you are buying a slot in a business you have no control over.

The problem is that most of them, especially the many of the best ones, have slots that are limited to accredited investors plus a close network of people they know (up to 35) who are not accredited.

I am wondering if there are any slots left?  

If I were in your situation I'd give that a try, and if it doesn't work, like others have said already, you're gonna have to replace the carpet and pad as the urine has probably soaked through
