To be fair and balanced like Fox News most folks on BP simply does not have the off shore connections you do.. that's a big part of OUR success..

Perhaps one major change is the 1031 rule, which I would support if it wasn't just taxing the real estate industry, but major tax reforms like offshore tax sheltering etc (not just raising the tax, we're at 35% the highest in the world).

@Kevin Estey , I haven't used them myself but I always hear Matthew Gilligan's (at GRA) name come up when property tax and accounting come up in NZ so he may have a speciallist on the off shore tax questions.
