Renting for all my independent life now, I've noticed rentals I've found were on certain platforms being advertised, like craigslist, apartments.com, Facebook marketplace, and landlords posting to their personal social media accounts.However, I can't imagine these avenues being the only advertising methods, when you have something like vacancy to fill.

The rep kept saying you get to meet him in person, like I'm supposed to be impressed by that haha.I'm noticing that there are a lot of real estate gurus on social media now.

Can I provide that exemption to him with his notice to vacate in 60 days so I can prepare the home for sale? 

I gave them a 90 day notice that I was going to sell the house and they would need to vacate after 90 days.

Today, I received the other two leases and noticed they are both on a month-to-month bases.

From what I have noticed looking at the MLS, your money goes way further in Saskatoon because you can purchase properties with up to four units, whereas in the other two cities, I mostly see single-family homes with (maybe) a basement suite.

I have done some reading on the eviction process, and it seems to start with a Notice of Proposed Eviction.
