Greece wasn't collecting taxes, Spain has a real estate collapes (sound familiar?)

I love trees, but just cut one down at a property I recently bought as it was in a bad location, branches hit the siding on my house, roof on the neighbours and when the leaves fall, they'd clog the neighbour's gutters and land on my AC unit.

My favorite trip so far has been to Lake Como in Italy and to Greece.

I have a rental property with up and downstairs tenants Just recently the downstairs tenant has complained about them getting a smoke smell from the upstairs neighbours in their unit.

Call the Sheriff's office and ask if there are other options (eg hire people from a larger, neighbouring Sheriff's office where they have more people).

Immediate rennovations included replacing plumbing fixtures, cleaning out the main drain, taking down some tree branches that overhang the neighbours / power lines (we did that ourselves), fixing / installing screens in all of the bedroom / kitchen windows.

No different than neighbours who don't get along.

Talk to your neighbours and ask if they will split the cost based on how much of the fence is shared (eg 60 ft on each side neighbour and 50 ft for the back neighbour). 

Just make sure the tenant doesn't use the parking spot that's used by neighbour/owners.5.
