@Kaliya NikoleThere are some areas like Manhattan that traditionally haven't had an official MLS, so many agents in those areas don't necessarily join NAR.

Not to mention, if all the deals are going through Zillow, then they will better be able to nail down their algorithm for it.The one thing stopping all of this is the NAR.

@Mark Rogers I’m not a lawyer but common sense tells me this suit is likely to be dismissed because the premise that NAR/MLS can “force” sellers to pay a commission is false.
