Orlando hosts 3 NCAA bowl games every year, the NFL Pro Bowl, recently NCAA final four games, and EDC Orlando (huge electronic music festival).

My other interest of music doesn’t seem like it has a good analogy 😂

The music alone is happy music lol.

Very eclectic music tastes from EDM and Rap to 80s classics, I've been on a d4vd, ekkstacy, & Vacations kick recently.

As comfortable as we might be at the moment, we know that eventually the music will stop and we want to have a seat when that time comes.

A little bit about myself - I am a musician and music teacher by trade, I play in an original band called Mega Low and a 90s tribute band called SEGA Genecide which has run a successful weekly 90s night for the past 8 years.

Currently this is little more than a Sonos speaker integrated with my smart home system that ensures there’s some relaxing music playing for guests when they open the door after what is usually a long drive in.

I am also in the music industry, but I've found a new passion in real estate and I'm so excited to get things going.
