Am I misunderstanding this concept of margin?

It sounds like there is a misunderstanding between what the tenant said, what the inspector/town thinks is happening for construction related activity, and what is actually happening.

Insurance also doesn’t protect you from misunderstandings, especially those made in writing and email.

I just don't see why they have to change the underwriting when I proved I can handle a $700k property without any additional income.Am I misunderstanding anything?

Because of this there are a LOT of misunderstandings and information is coming slowly, to those who either don't know how to find it and/or don't know how to interpret legalese.
