Don’t make your code enforcer angry, they will make your life miserable if they hate you.

People called it a game changer, going to “democratize” real estate investing, make syndicators transparent, put the little guy on equal footing with the major players, and allow every investor to enjoy the superior returns once reserved for wealthy investors only.Well, if measured against the projections, crowdfunding real estate has failed miserably for investors.

I’ve had some nasty roommates (weren’t clean or respectful with noise levels late at night, among other things) and it was pretty miserable.

They will be miserable, you will be miserable, is it worth keeping them in the lease? 

Get your feet wet and start learning the ropes of management, which is where a large percentage of investors fail miserably.

I don’t really want to do anything after spending miserable hours sitting in a cubicle (I am sure I am not the only one thinking that way), and I had to shift my mindset.

So why would I discourage clients from asking questions which in turn makes my life miserable during my busiest and most stressful time of the year. 

Lots of people make enough money but will completely make your life miserable.

I'm not sure but I know there are landlords who fail miserably - I end up buying and then wholesaling some of their properties.So...as you can see...in real estate, there are many people who fail.BUT if I were you, I will not worry about all these people who fail.
